Our Distribution Department has grown since 2020 with a huge boost in our online business. Responsible for all shipping for both our consumer customers and our wholesale customers, our distribution department keeps our customers receiving their products on time. Our well-oiled team is responsible for maintaining accurate stock level information, picking and packing all orders, receiving new deliveries, and maintaining and organising our warehouse spaces. Working closely with our retail and customer service teams, our distribution department keeps our business running.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Receiving, checking, and unpacking the inbound stock
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
- Monitor and rotate inventory to enhance storage capacity and warehouse organisation
